Credit Reports

We will need all three of your credit reports before we file your case.  You can access them from www.annualcreditreport.com or you can have them mailed to you by calling (877) 322-8228.

Tax Returns

Unable to locate your tax returns?  Get your federal transcripts by visiting the IRS website.

To obtain your state transcripts you can vist the Ohio Department of Taxation website or call 1-800-282-1782.

Credit Counseling

Remeber, you must complete two online or over the phone credit counseling courses.  The first course must be completed before we file your bankruptcy case.  The second course must be completed before you go to court.  We should have provided you with information for both courses.  Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about taking your credit counseling courses.
